Our prenatal-certified coaches are experienced in modifying movement to reduce pain, support alignment, and strengthen the muscles that help relieve pressure. We’ll always work within your comfort and your provider’s guidelines.
Yes. We work with moms in all trimesters. Your plan will be specific to where you are right now — with a focus on comfort, stability, and preparing your body for birth and postpartum.
You can choose 1:1 personal training, semi-private sessions with 3–8 moms, or a mix of both. Many women love semi-privates for the community and the individualized attention.
Great! We love that. We encourage you to share any guidelines from your OB, midwife, or pelvic-floor PT so we can align your program with their recommendations.
