postpartum

You don't have to do

Postpartum is beautiful.
Postpartum is brutal.
And most moms are left to figure it out with Google, random Instagram posts, and zero real support.

postpartum training at powerplaysf

At PowerPlaySF, we built a postpartum-safe coaching experience that finally puts you back at the center—so you’re not guessing about what’s safe, what’s helpful, or how to feel like yourself again.

If you’re scrolling this with a baby asleep on your chest, one eye on the monitor and one eye on your phone—you’re not alone.

This is for you if:

  • Loving the baby snuggles but feeling lonely in your own healing
  • Unsure what movement is actually safe for your core, pelvic floor, and scars
  • Dealing with back, wrist, neck, hip, or pelvic pain and wondering if it’s “just normal now”
  • Struggling with energy crashes, sugar cravings, or feeling constantly depleted
  • Feeling pressure to “snap back” while your brain and body are screaming, “I’m not ready”
  • Wishing someone would just tell you what to do (and what not to do) in this season

If you’re nodding “yes” to any of these, our postpartum program was made for you.

What’s inside your Postpartum Recovery Guide:

Simple, postpartum-safe movement ideas to help with:
  • Low-back pain
  • Wrist/forearm pain from holding and feeding
  • Neck tension from nursing/scrolling
  • Hip and pelvic tightness
  • C-section or perineal scar sensitivity

Habits-based, non-diet tips to:
  • Replenish minerals lost during pregnancy and birth
  • Stabilize blood sugar and reduce crashes
  • Support milk production (if you’re breastfeeding)
  • Keep you fuller and more energized with minimal prep

Gentle recovery ideas you can realistically do, including:
  • Breathwork for nervous-system calm
  • Posture resets you can do during nap time
  • Options to talk about with your providers (chiro, massage, acupuncture)

Prompts and reframes to help you:
  • Release the pressure to “bounce back”
  • Rewrite your inner dialogue about your body
  • Communicate what you need to your partner and support system

Our postpartum-certified coaching team can support you 1:1 or in a small group of 3–8 other moms.

Mindset & Emotional Support

Movement That Heals (Not Hurts)

Nutrition Foundations for Healing

Recovery Practices That Feel Like Care

Our 4-Pillar of postpartum support

We coach the mental side of postpartum too—identity shifts, body image, comparison, and advocating for your needs at home and at work.

Mindset

Recovery

We build recovery into your plan: breathwork, rest strategies, and referrals to trusted providers like chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists.

Movement

Postpartum-safe strength, mobility, and core + pelvic floor work so you feel stable, supported, and strong in daily mom life—not just in the gym.

Habits-Based Nutrition

No tracking apps. No rigid rules. Just practical, meal-time and snack-time habits that nourish healing tissues, support hormones, and actually fit your day.

Everyone keeps saying “it takes a village,” but most moms are handed a baby, a list of follow-up appointments for the baby, and a “good luck” for themselves.

Meanwhile, you’re managing night feeds, contact naps, and mental load. You're grieving your old routines while trying to build new ones. You're navigating a body that feels unfamiliar—and sometimes unreliable.

You’re not failing. You’re under-supported.
At PowerPlaySF, we become part of your village.
How? Postpartum-certified coaches, a community of women in the same season (or just one step ahead), and a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.

Let us be in your corner.

frequently asked questions

Absolutely. “Postpartum” isn’t just the first 6 weeks. Whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or a few years out, this guide and our coaching can support your core, pelvic floor, strength, and energy.

It depends on your delivery, healing, and your provider’s clearance. Many moms start with breathwork and gentle movement first, then slowly progress. Our coaches will always honor your timeline and medical guidance.

Many of our moms bring their babies, work around nap schedules, or choose times when a partner or caregiver can step in. We’ll help you find something realistic and sustainable.

Not at all. You don’t have to get fit before you come see us. We meet you exactly where you are.

You’ve done something incredible.
Your body deserves care, not criticism.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
