Welcome to PowerPlay SF! We're glad you're here. These Terms & Conditions outline how our services work and what you can expect when you engage with our studio, whether online or in person.
By using our site or booking classes, you agree to the following:

Updates
- Memberships (Single Play through Power Play) are billed automatically every 4 weeks.
- To cancel, please contact us at least 10 days before your next billing date.
- We'll send billing reminders so you're never caught off guard.
Make-Up Classes
- We offer 1 make-up class per 4-week cycle.
- Make-up classes must be used within the same cycle and do not carry over.
Refund Policy
- Once your first class of a billing cycle has occurred, refunds are not available.
- If you request a refund before your first class, a $39 processing fee applies.
Class Cancellations
- You can cancel or reschedule classes by logging into your account. Please do so in advance to avoid losing your spot.
Conduct & Community
- We’re committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space. We reserve the right to remove access for behavior that goes against this commitment.
Updates
- We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you and post the updated version on our website.
