Here's How It Works
Step 1. Let’s Chat: Meet with our trainers and receive a personalized consultation, to help us discover your strengths, challenges, and fitness and wellbeing goals.
Step 2. Let’s Plan: We recommend a custom exercise program designed to help you achieve your goals. All of the resources you need will be available through PowerPlay, and we will create an easy-to-execute, personalized plan for you to follow.
Step 3. Lets Fuel: Perhaps one of the most important and necessary programs to accompany your fitness regime is learning about proper nutrition. Meeting with a nutritionist one-on-one is vitally important, because everybody’s diet needs are so different. Whether you’re looking to slim down, gain muscle mass, eat for better gut health, learn new recipes to assist with dietary and allergy restrictions, cook healthful meals for your entire family, or just want to learn more about overall nutrition, we are here to set you up with a personalized nutrition plan.
